Shin-Osaka Tourist Information Center
When you arrive in Osaka by Shinkansen, the first thing you should do is head to the tourist information center.
From April 1, 2024, the Osaka Amazing Pass will no longer be on sale.

It is located at the Travel Service Center Shin-Osaka on the 3rd floor concourse of JR Shin-Osaka Station.
In addition to Osaka sightseeing information, we also provide information and sales of discounted sightseeing tickets.
There is also a ticket counter exclusively for inbound JR West passengers.
How to get to Shin-Osaka Tourist Information Center *Please also use the Osaka Tourist Information Center ( JR Osaka Station) and Namba Tourist Information Center (Nankai Namba Station).
