Tenshoji Temple (Tako Jizo)
This is the story of an octopus and a white monk who protected the land of Kishiwada.
During the time when Matsuura Hizen no kami was the lord of the castle, samurai from Kishu Negoro attacked Kishiwada Castle, and when they were about to fall, the octopus and the incarnation of Shirahoshi (Jizo) chased them away. After that, Jizo was enshrined at this temple.
