Suntory Yamazaki Distillery has been producing many of Japan's most iconic whiskies since construction began in 1923. Inside the Yamazaki Whisky Museum (free admission, advance reservation required), you can enjoy various whisky-related exhibits, shops, and the tasting lounge (fee required) at your own pace. By participating in any of the tours (fee required, advance lottery required), you can observe the whisky manufacturing process with the guidance of a guide and enjoy tasting the raw liquors that make up Yamazaki.
