Peace Museum that tells the story of the Osaka Air Raid

The Osaka International Peace Center "Peace Osaka" opened in a corner of Osaka Castle Park in 1991. It was reopened in April 2015 as a peace museum that continues to tell the story of the Osaka air raids. It commemorates the victims of the Osaka air raids and prays for peace, and exhibits materials related to the wartime experiences of Osaka people, with a focus on the air raids. It also has a library and a video corner, where books on war and world peace are available for loan, as well as panels, picture-story shows, and videos for peace education. In addition, the auditorium, which can accommodate 160 people, hosts screenings of anime and movies, lectures, and concerts.

Adults: 250 yen, high school students: 150 yen, free for those 65 and older, junior high school students and younger, and people with disabilities
