An outdoor music hall located in Osaka Castle Park, 5 minutes from Morinomiya Station on the JR Loop Line. Originally located in Tennoji Park, it was relocated and opened in 1982. The building is surrounded by greenery and harmonizes with the scenery of the park. It can accommodate approximately 3,000 people (1,945 chair seats, 1,834 fixed seats, 111 movable seats, and other lawn seats), and is equipped with sound and lighting equipment. It is widely used for various events such as music and lectures, including the ``Twilight Concert'' hosted by the Osaka City Music Orchestra.
