The innovative and colorful building design, which can be seen from far away, was designed by Viennese artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser, who is also famous for his environmentally friendly architecture. Plants grow branches and leaves on the roof, near the windows, and around the building, making the entire building one with the greenery.
