Kotakiji Campsite
Enjoy nature to the fullest, just 30 minutes from the city.
Conveniently located approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes by car from downtown Osaka and approximately 30 minutes from downtown Kawachinagano. A campsite full of greenery located upstream of Takihata Dam.
In addition to an auto campsite, there are showers, flush toilets, rental tents, a tent setting area, a kitchen, a store, and a parking lot.
There are also trout and amago fishing spots and rest houses nearby.
If you walk about 5 minutes to the back from the campsite, you will find Kotaki, one of the 48 Takihata waterfalls.
The waterfall, which has a height of about 9 meters, is spectacular. From Kotaki, you can walk for about 15 minutes to get to Arataki, about 30 minutes to Gokotaki, and another 40 minutes to Otaki.
It is also an easy hiking course.
Takihata Dam and Takihata 48 Waterfalls have been selected as one of the ``100 Best Green Spots in Osaka.''

- From Nankai/Kintetsu Kawachinagano Station, transfer to the Nankai Bus and get off at Takihata Dam, then walk south for 20 minutes, or take the Takihata Community Bus and get off at Takihata Dam, then walk south for 20 minutes.
