Hirakata Park
A varied and rich topography spotted with 40 types of attractions.
An amusement park located in the corner of the Osaka suburbs.
A family-oriented amusement park in the corner of the Osaka suburbs, located about a 3-minute walk from the “Hirakata-koen” Station of the Keihan Railway.
Affectionately known as “Hira-Pa,” the park makes good use of its varied topography with about 40 types of attractions throughout its premise. The “Elf” is a thrilling yet cathartic roller coaster attraction that combines the rocking but comfortable seating (of its wood-based materials)
with the all-out fear of a thrill ride.
The “Red Flacon” is a fantastic roller coaster ride that is about 1,300 meters in total length, with a maximum speed of up to 70 km per hour. The “Sky Walker” is a gigantic Ferris wheel that is about 80 meters at its tallest peak.
From its peak you could get a view of not only the entire park, but a view of Osaka and Kyoto as well. The park also has spots where visitors could enjoy seeing adorable animals and beautiful roses,
not to mention a pool during summer and areas with lighting illuminations, ice skating and snow activities during the winter.
