Mizutaki is a taste that was born and nurtured in Hakata. Our restaurant serves our special mizutaki using "Hanamidori," a brand of chicken that we raise ourselves in northern Kyushu. The rich chicken broth becomes more flavorful the longer you simmer the ingredients, and the more nutritious the flavor becomes. In addition, ponzu sauce, which is essential for mizutaki, is made to go well with Hanamidori mizutaki. We also have sister stores in Umeda, Osaka, the Umeda Hilton Plaza store and the Umeda Hilton Plaza store annex.
