“Osaka, the food capital” event to rediscover the charm (2019.10.15-17)

The Relais & Châteaux branch, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary, held the finale of the gala dinner that had been held across Japan from 2018 to 2019 in Osaka, promoting the city of food to the world. This finale gala served as a showcase of Osaka's food culture, promoting Osaka-produced ingredients and products, as well as introducing new ideas and creative menus created by top chefs using Osaka-produced ingredients. The project utilizes Osaka's historical and cultural facility (Miraiza Osaka Castle) to enjoy a new Osaka food culture experience.
