It was established as a yakiniku restaurant produced by Suiren in Miyagawacho, Kyoto.
Enjoy the world of yakiniku supervised by a renowned Japanese restaurant.
The meat we use is Japanese Black beef, and we source late-calving female cows from all over the country.
The vegetables used are mainly Kyoto vegetables, and are in season.
We are particular not only about the ingredients but also about the seasonings, using natural salt and Miyagawacho Suiren's secret stock.
We serve dishes that incorporate the best of our parent restaurant, a traditional Japanese restaurant and kaiseki restaurant.
