Osaka Municipal Nagai Botanical Garden
Nagai Botanical Garden opened in 1974 (Showa 49) and will celebrate its 50th anniversary in April 2024 (Reiwa 6).
Osaka Municipal Nagai Botanical Garden is one of Japan's leading botanical gardens, beloved as an "urban oasis" filled with abundant greenery and nature. The garden, which covers an area of approximately 24.2 hectares, is home to approximately 1,200 types of plants, and in addition to 11 specialized gardens such as the rose garden, hydrangea garden, and peony garden, you can enjoy beautiful, blooming plants all year round, including the approximately 2,000 m2 Life Garden, which is filled with seasonal flowers, and the aquatic plants that decorate the large pond.

- Get off at Nagai Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line. From Exit 3, walk east for about 800m.
Get off at JR Hanwa Line "Nagai" station. From the East Exit, walk east for about 1,000m.
Get off at "Harinakano" on the Kintetsu Minami Osaka Line. Walk about 800m west.
