Daitora Kamaboko Ebisubashisuji Main Store
The main store has a wide selection of products, including traditional kamaboko, perfect as souvenirs!
We look forward to serving you long-lasting vacuum-packed products, hot and healthy "fish sticks" that are perfect for snacking on the go while sightseeing, and freshly fried tempura served in the store.
Established in 1876, we are committed to using fresh conger eel and continue to make delicious kamaboko and tempura, cherishing our refined craftsmanship.
While preserving the flavor of this long-established store that has been loved by the people of Osaka, we continue to challenge ourselves to discover new possibilities by developing innovative products that overturn the conventional notion of kamaboko, such as "Kamaboko in a Spoon" and "Tora Sandwich," in line with the times.
