After reserving your visit, book pavilions and events for your scheduled time. *Some pavilions and events allow entry without prior registration.

You can apply for pavilions/events in the following order: ① → ② → ③ → ④
- ① First Lottery: Applications accepted from three months to the day before two months prior. Apply here
- ② Second Lottery: Applications accepted from one month to eight days prior.
- ③ Last-Minute Reservations: Available from three days before until 9:00 AM on the day before, first-come first-served style.
- ④ Same-Day Registration: Available 10 minutes after entering the gate.
A new slot can be reserved via same-day registration after attending your registered event/pavilion.
Important Notes
・If you win the lottery, your reservation is confirmed and you do not need to apply for further steps.
・If you do not win or if you missed the prior lotteries and there are open slots, you may apply for the next lottery.
・If you do not win or cannot register on the same day, you may still enter on a first-come, first-served basis depending on the pavilion/event.

Buy a Ticket Voucher at a Convenience Store (Japanese Only)

Purchase a ticket voucher at the multi-purpose machines located in convenience stores across Japan. You can choose a ticket with or without a reserved visit date.
＊After purchasing, exchange the voucher's serial number for a ticket ID and create an ExpoID to register. This will allow you to enter the lottery for pavilion and event reservations in advance.

Go to the EXPO 2025 Venue

For those who reserve a visit date and timePlease arrive at the venue at your reserved time.
For those who don't reserve a visit date and timePlease visit the venue on days other than designated high-traffic days. Entry is available from 11 AM onwards.
*Even on non-designated days, entry may be restricted if heavy congestion is expected.

Exchange Your Ticket

Exchange your ticket for a ticket with a QR code at the 'Ticket Exchange Counter' in front of the gate.

After entering the venue, you can use the on-site machines to make reservations for events and pavilions.

*Same-day tickets are available for purchase in person as paper tickets only if there are available slots for reserved visit times.
