Usage Guidelines

(1) Please note that you may not be able to experience XR (characters may not appear even if you hold your smartphone over the device).

  • It may take 7 to 10 seconds for your character to load.
  • If there is camera shake when scanning the object, it may not be possible to scan it.
    Whenever possible, try to hold your smartphone with both hands when scanning.
  • Please check that the target object and the displayed guide marker are the same. Also, if the target object's guide marker is misaligned, it may not be possible to read it.
  • When scanning an object, if multiple people or other objects are captured in the image, the object may not be scanned.
    In that case, please swipe away from the content and try again.
  • The device may not start up properly depending on the weather, such as at night, in the rain, or on cloudy days.
    In that case, please swipe away from the content and try again.
  • If your mobile phone signal is poor or you are on a high floor, the app may not start up properly.
    In that case, please swipe away from the content and try again.
  • If you are connected to Wi-Fi, loading may not be possible.
    In that case, please disconnect from Wi-Fi, close the content (swipe) and try again.
  • If your mobile phone's data speed is limited, you may not be able to load the page.
    In that case, please try a different mobile phone.

(2) Although we have thoroughly tested the functionality, please note that the XR function may not be available on some overseas mobile phones and some mobile phones (smartphones).

(3) For those who downloaded the app before the July 3 release, please delete the app and download it again as the XR function has not been added.

(4) Please note that it may be difficult to take photos at XR experience spots if there are people in front of you.

(5) Please note that there are XR experience spots where the mobile phone reception is unstable, and characters may not appear.

(6) At the following facilities, characters will appear when you depart from the boarding area.
Please note that once you have taken the photo, the character will no longer appear.

(7) Battery may be consumed faster while using the app.

(8) Data usage may increase while using the app.

(9) Using your smartphone while walking is dangerous. Please stop and use your smartphone.

(10) Please be careful not to obstruct traffic while using the app.

(11) When posting on social media etc., please be careful not to include people around you in the photo.

(12) Separate communication charges will be incurred when using the app.

(13) A smartphone with GPS functionality is required. Please make sure to always turn on the GPS setting on the app before participating.

(14) Compatible with iOS 12.0 and above, and Android OS 10.0 and above.
